1. Accounts & Authentication

• You may sign in with Google; we store your email to operate your account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and any activity under it.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

2. Credits, Rates & Billing

• Calls use prepaid credits in your wallet. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t store card details.
• Per‑minute pricing is estimated from current routing rates and may differ slightly from final costs.
• If your balance runs out, calls may disconnect automatically.
• Completed calls are billed using final carrier charges; your balance is updated accordingly.

3. Refunds

You may request a refund for unused credits or the remaining unused portion of your balance. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, harassing, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.
• No spam/robocalls, bulk telemarketing, or auto‑dialing without proper consent and compliance with applicable laws.
• No emergency calling: the Service does not support emergency calls (e.g., 911/112).
• Respect local calling rules, Do‑Not‑Call registries, and any carrier restrictions.

5. Service Availability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Maintenance, network conditions, carrier policies, or upstream provider issues (e.g., Twilio, Stripe) may affect availability or quality.

6. Third‑Party Services

We use Google (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Twilio (telephony). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design and code, is our property or used under license. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the Service without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law or carriers. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., billing, disclaimers) will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for call failures, delays, data loss, or loss of profits.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes here and, for material updates, may notify you via email or in‑app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
