Getting Started

How do I make my first call with SundayCall?

Sign in with Google, purchase credits from the pricing page, then go to the dashboard and enter the phone number you want to call. Click 'Call' and allow microphone permissions when prompted.

Do I need to download any software?

No, SundayCall works entirely in your web browser. Just visit our website and start calling - no downloads or installations required.

What browsers are supported?

SundayCall works best on modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Make sure your browser allows microphone access for the best calling experience.

Calling Features

Can I call any phone number?

Yes, you can call most landlines and mobile phones worldwide. However, some premium numbers and emergency services (like 911) are not supported.

How is call quality?

Call quality depends on your internet connection. We recommend a stable broadband connection for the best voice quality. Our service uses advanced VoIP technology for clear calls.

Can I receive incoming calls?

Currently, SundayCall only supports outbound calls. You cannot receive incoming calls or get a dedicated phone number.

Is there a call duration limit?

There's no hard limit on call duration, but calls will automatically end when your credit balance reaches zero.

Billing & Credits

How much do calls cost?

Call rates vary by destination. You can check current rates on our pricing page. Most US calls start at $0.01 per minute, and international rates vary by country.

How do I add credits to my account?

Click on 'Pricing' in the navigation menu, choose a credit package, and complete the secure checkout process through Stripe. Credits are added to your account immediately.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

Yes, you can request a refund for unused credits or remaining balance. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Do my credits expire?

No, your credits don't expire. You can use them whenever you want to make calls.

Technical Support

What if I can't hear the other person?

Check your internet connection and browser settings. Make sure your speakers/headphones are working and volume is up. Try refreshing the page and making the call again.

The other person can't hear me. What should I do?

Ensure your browser has microphone permissions for SundayCall. Check your microphone settings and try speaking closer to the mic. You may need to refresh and allow permissions again.

My call keeps dropping. How can I fix this?

Call drops are usually due to unstable internet connection. Try connecting to a more stable network or move closer to your WiFi router. Close other bandwidth-heavy applications.

How do I view my call history?

Go to your dashboard and click on 'Call History' to see all your past calls, including duration, cost, and date/time.

Privacy & Security

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take security seriously. All data is transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption. We only collect minimal necessary information (email, call logs for billing) and never store your payment details - those are securely handled by Stripe.

Who can see my call history?

Only you can see your call history when logged into your account. We don't share your calling data with third parties except as required for service operation.

Can calls be recorded?

SundayCall does not record your calls. However, you're responsible for complying with local recording laws if you choose to record calls on your end.

What information do you collect?
